Customer service information for wall mural and designer wallpaper orders

  • We guarantee that our designer wallpaper and custom murals are produced and printed to highest quality standards. All our orders are custom made to your specification and/or personalized by you. You may contact our Customer Support team and we will be happy to address any issues you may have with your job.
  • We follow a detailed standard operating procedure to ensure you receive your custom product in highest quality however in the unlikely event that a product does not meet does not meet your expectations, we may reprint your order at the sole discretion of Nouqoush.com. All re-runs will be done with the same images, specifications and measurements
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, no order can be cancelled or modified once it’s approved by you.
  • If you cancel the order after your approval and before printing, 25% of the printing price will be charged as cancellation fee regardless if you accept the product or not.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the funds will be returned on the same credit card used to pay for the order.
  • Any error caused/created by you (typographical errors, wrong names/titles, bad punctuation/spelling, etc.) is not entitled to a free reprint and will be considered a new order

Return Product

If you plan to return your order, make sure first to contact us and obtain Return Authorization Number (RA). Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Nouqoush.com and for which you received a Return Authorization (RA) number in a secured manner to make sure product is not getting damaged during shipping. Make sure that whatever ship method you use (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.), that you get a tracking number as verification that the product has been sent. Ship the products at your expense. If the product is deemed defective or the return is a direct result of a Nouqoush.com error, Nouqoush.com will reprint your order and pay for shipping. All returns must be received within 30 days.  Nouqoush.com will not accept returns without an RA number

Restocking Fee

Even though every mural is custom printed to order, we do allow murals to be returned during the first 30 days’ even if the customer simply changed their mind. However, these returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges, if applicable, are non-refundable: top coating, graphics labor, customs duties, rush charges and expedited shipping fees.

Labour or Installation

Nouqoush.com is not responsible for labour or installation costs under any circumstances.

Please Note

Important: Be sure to examine ALL panels of your mural BEFORE installing it. If you find a defect in your mural, do NOT install it. Due to variances in media and ink lots, as well as printer tolerances, we cannot ensure a perfect color match for a single panel.
